May 10th, 2012 After two consecutive years of successful collaboration between Hikvision Camera and Hommax – the official distributor of Hikvision products in Spain – these two companies have reached an exciting new agreement: Hommax will now officially act as Hikvision’s Subsidiary Agent throughout the Spanish market.
The new subsidiary agreement will be responsible for logistics, technical support, as well as pre-and-post sales service for Hikvision IP Camera products in Spain.
Additionally, this new contract serves to highlight the good business environment between both companies; which facilitates the further elaboration of market strategy that benefits both members, as well as a means to more fully integrate various Hikvision DVR distributors in Spain. Ultimately, the goal of having only one point of delivery and technical support throughout Spain’s security market will be achievable.
Furthermore, this agreement will better facilitate Hikvision’s branding in the Spanish video surveillance market and benefit customers by offering more choices in selecting high-quality Hikvision products; as well as the assurance of excellent sales-and-service support afterwards.
